The Rodolfo Campi typography house
In its early years, the studio produced a series of book editions with various artists. These are limited edition books which, as per tradition, are printed using Monotype typefaces. This led to a collaboration with the Rodolfo Campi printing company, which lasted almost thirty years and accompanied the entire production until the historic printing company closed in 2023.
The Campi printing house was founded in Milan in 1898 by Cavaliere Umberto Allegretti. In the 1930s, it was taken over by the family that still today lends its name to some of the most refined publishing projects, often in limited editions. "Here, books become works of art. It is an aesthetic pleasure to leaf through their pages and touch their handmade cotton paper.’
